最近我也還是發現我越來越胖了，我也是希望我就慢慢的減肥呢，也是希望我趕緊就是瘦下來就真的是太好了，而且我以前也還真的是很少去參加一些朋友的聚會的，就是怕被別人說胖了呢，結果沒有想到這次我也就還真的是感覺到原來這個減重也還是這麼重要呢，所以我也就還從那個時候也就開始這個減重了呢，真的是感覺到現在的這個減重也還真的是對我越來越離不開了，所以我真的是現在也還是慢慢的瘦了下來了，真的是感覺到這個減重是特別的厲害。
