我想趁著現在房價還不高的時候，給兒子買一套房子，等以後結婚的時候用，再說到那個時候我們都老了，也沒有能力給他買房了。老公就說要是買房子的話，就把家裡的錢掏空了，讓我再考慮考慮。我想了幾天，最後還是決定買房子，但是我想著只繳納一部分的房錢，剩下的從銀行貸款，每個月給銀行還房貸。我們是雙職工，每個月收入也不低，所以向銀行貸款的話，應該沒有問題，我是個急性子，下午就到銀行去咨詢了，銀行說可以的，再說我們還有公積金，可以用公積金貸款的。
